The Salmonella Velox NordVal certificate has been renewed

NordVal International has renewed the certificate in accordance with ISO standard 16140-2 for Salmonella Velox. Salmonella Velox is the worlds fastest method for the detection of Salmonella spp. in raw meat, poultry and fishery products as well as ready-to-cook, ready-to-reheat and ready-to-eat meat, poultry and fishery products and on swabs performed on raw food.

The certificate is backed up by external studies that demonstrated the effectiveness of Salmonella Velox in a variety of food matrices. The Salmonella Velox method performed equivalent or better than the ISO reference method for detecting Salmonella spp. in raw meat, poultry and fishery products as well as ready-to-cook, ready-to-reheat and ready-to-eat meat, poultry and fishery products and on swabs performed on raw food.
