Certification in process

Our Salmonella Velox test kit for cocoa detects Salmonella Species in cocoa-containing samples and samples used in the chocolate industry. The test enables you to obtain a fast result within 20 hours (samples to results - including enrichment) for 375 gram samples.
The new Salmonella Velox Cocoa test requires little hands-on work. This can be obtained in part due to a new additive that removes inhibiting agents from cocoa-containing samples.
Examples of sample types: Cocoa powder, cocoa liquor/mass, dark chocolate, milk powders, whey protein powder, swabs from production equipment, etc.
